By law, they can't do any contracting work (installation or removal) in the state of Arizona until they receive a new license.
It might be best if their listing is removed since it's illegal for them to do work anyways.
What I liked: The fact I didn't book a job with them after reading their reviews on Yelp, Google and seeing they had an F rating
What is not liked: The fact that they still have online listings like this one which should be removed.
